Applications are invited for one Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) /
one Research Associate in Council of Scientific and Industrial Research
(CSIR) New Delhi, sponsored project, entitled “Removal of volatile
organic compounds by functionalized carbon nanocomposites”. The
appointment is purely temporary and contractual.
Senior research Fellow: One position
Essential Qualifications: MSc in environmental
chemistry/general chemistry with at least 2 years of post MSc research
experience as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed
journals. ME/Mtech or equivalent degree in Engg/tech in
civil/environmental engineering
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in analytical chemistry with a good working knowledge of various analytical instruments like GC, GC/MS, ICPMS
Age limit : 32 years (upper age limit). Upper age
limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically
handicapped candidates
Salary Range: Salary: Rs. 14000 per month plus HRA as per IIT Kanpur norms.
Duration: Until 30/09/2018
Research Associate (1 No.)
Salary Scale: Rs.36,000/- per month consolidated plus HRA as per IIT Kanpur norms.
Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in Environmental
Sciences/atmospheric sciences/Civil engineering OR 3 years research
experience after M.Tech/ME in Civil/Environmental engineering with at
least one research paper in SCI (science citation indexed)
Desirable qualifications: Experience in analytical chemistry with a good working knowledge of various analytical instruments like GC, GC/MS, ICPMS
Age limit : 35 years (upper age limit). Upper age
limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically
handicapped candidates
